Welcome to the Beauty Help Center. I have compiled a list of common questions and answers in an effort to answer questions you may have about my services, my products, or my business. If you still can’t find an answer, please let me know and I will be happy to help you with whatever is on your mind.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for weddings or weekends. However, feel free to check last-minute availability — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations or late for appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as credit if you reschedule with sufficient notice.

The prices will not be the same once it has been cancelled or rescheduled or late to show up for appointment.
 

Can I pay the balance payment only by the end of the day or when I have the time to do so?

The balance payment is due right after the 1st makeover session is completed. In the delay of payment will incur extra charges, at $100, in addition to the balance payment.

What brands/products do you use?

Only high-quality, professional-grade products are used, including brands like MAC, NARS, Bobbi Brown, Chanel, Korean brands etc. Products are selected to match your skin type and desired look.

Is Sherill professionally trained, certified in Makeup Institution or self-taught?

Sherill has a extensive diploma in Bridal makeup Artistry in the local institute. She has work experiences as a Beauty advisor & Makeup Trainer with global luxury brands. She believes in incorporating the acquired skill set & work experiences to attain the top level of makeup professionalism. 

What is the difference between a bridal or guest look?

Guest makeover is less detailed, less defined, and lesser time to complete. Its suitable for dinner occasions, company events, small party. The choices for the look is limited. For more textured & defined look is subject to additional cost.
